Jillian Noel Hennessy

Jillian Noel Hennessy, born on November 25 1968 is a Canadian actor from Canada. She is most famous for her character on Law & Order as Claire Kincaid, a US prosecutor, on Law & Order for three seasons. Crossing Jordan was six seasons. Jordan Cavanaugh, the protagonist on Crossing Jordan, lasted six seasons. She was also a part of films like RoboCop 3 & Most Wanted and independent films Chutney Popcorn & The Acting Class. The movie was directed and written by her. Hennessy was born and was raised in Edmonton, Alberta. John Hennessy, her father was a meat salesman as well as an executive in marketing and sales. His job involved a lot of travel, which resulted in numerous moves for the entire family. Maxine her mother, who was Maxine's, died in the year 1982. She left her daughter under the care of Eleanor Her paternal grandmother. John Paul Hennessy Jr. is her younger brother. Jacqueline is her identical twin sister and is a journalist from Canada and host. Hennessy is a mix of Irish, French French, Swedish and Italian roots from her father's side and most Ukrainian Roma on the mother's. She was a graduate of Grand River Collegiate Institute and Stanley Park Senior Public School. Hennessy's sister and she made their acting debuts as twin callgirls in 1988's Dead Ringers. According to Gillian Anderson (the actress who played the part) She was selected for Dana Scully's role in The X-Files. In 1993, Hennessy was signed by Dick Wolf as Claire Kincaid as the assistant district attorney on the NBC crime drama Law & Order. The role lasted for three seasons, before she quit the show in 1996.
